CCTV covers the site for added security and peace of mind, protecting your stock, tools and vehicles around the clock.

Flexible month-to-month terms

No long leases. Units are let on a rolling monthly basis, so you stay only as long as it suits you. Just one month's notice is required when you leave.

Most units under rateable value

The majority of units fall under the rateable value threshold, which can mean reduced or no business rates. We're happy to talk through what that means for a particular unit.

Beside the A10

At 141 Wisbech Road, Littleport, the site is right next to the A10 for fast, convenient access towards Ely, Cambridge, and Kings Lynn and the north.

What size units do you have to let?
Units range from compact 27 m² workshops up to a 216 m² clear-span unit, with several sizes in between. We also have a selection of secure 6 m shipping containers for storage.
Do I have to sign a long lease?
No. Every unit is let on flexible, rolling month-to-month terms with just one month's notice to leave. There are no long contracts to tie you in.
Is there 24-hour access and security?
Yes. Tenants have 24-hour access through the electric gate, and CCTV covers the site day and night.
